Fusion Andina is a restaurant where you can find the richness of the Andean Food, specifically from Bolivia and Peru. Our Bolivian and Peruvian cuisine stems mainly from the combination of Spanish Cuisine with traditional Indigenous Aymara ingredients. The three traditional staples of Bolivian cuisine are corn, potatoes and beans.
