TASTE The cornerstone of Humboldt Bay Tourism Center is Taste, our all-local tasting room. We pour local beers, wines, ciders, and kombucha- by the glass, the bottle or a tasting flight. Our trained staff recommend and serve cheeses, meats, breads, and desserts that are all hand- crafted locally. Our oyster bar, under the supervision of oyster farmer Captain Sebastian, serves raw and broiled oysters with a variety of gourmet sauces. He's here every Tuesday after 5pm, come see him.
