Dan Moon the investor who is the new concepts owner said he and Sam Touma , Oliv's Executive chef /General Manager have been working on the Oliv model for over 3 years as a Mediterranean Grill with its cuisine made daily with premium fresh ingredients in a trendy clean modern dining facility. Moon said he want to start to roll out Oliv soon across the nation.
