The Bog Is locally owned and operated by Jose Vargas an Army Veteran, Voulnteer Fire Fighter and Village Board Trustee. The Bog is ran similar to a non-profit and all money earned above operation cost is donated back to community, All food is prepared fresh to order and prepared in house.
