Award winning Eclair Bistro's restaurant relocated to Mckinney Texas in 2015. Chef Aaron Thomas' culinary creations are based on New Orleans and classic French continental cuisine. Eclair is an authentic scratch kitchen, where all soups, salad dressings, appetizers, entrees and desserts are hand made in house, with the freshest of seasonal ingredients.
