Little Octopus is the latest concept from Chef Sarah Gavigan of POP and Otaku South, and executive chef Daniel Herget. Little Octopus is a modern neighborhood restaurant serving flavors from everywhere, ingredients from here, and options for everyone. Chef Herget's style draws inspiration from the cultural cuisines of Miami, where he studied and worked for nearly ten years.
