Uma Temakeria

Uma Temakeria serves fresh, sushi hand rolls (temaki) in a casual setting. Customers can design their own temaki by choosing from a selection of responsibly sourced fish, vegetables and signature sauces which is then wrapped in a layer of seasoned rice and nori. Chef hand rolls are also available designed by acclaimed Chef Chris Jaeckle. All rolls are made to order for dine in, take out or delivery. Salads, soups, wine, beer and sake are also available.
