Family owned and operated fresh sausage specialty restaurant that focus on quality and freshness at a reasonable price. All of our sausage are made in our Cafe and contains only pork shoulder and seasonings. No fillers nor preservatives are ever added to our sausages. Our sausages and most of our sides are gluten free. We also offer house made specialty condiments, such as Beer'n Brat mustard, Habanero mustard and curry ketchup.
